Dinner and Breakfast
This week I only had two meals of Chinese dinner. Then the rest are English dinner. That’s good because I can learn how to cook English food and I don’t need to cook. Just have to wash the dishes after meals.
Finally, I managed to cook myself a proper Chinese dinner. I finally get to eat bean sprout or taugeh. I wish I cook char koay teow. Hahaha.. Actually I can cook char koay teow because tesco do sell the yellow noodles and have to buy dried koay teow from the chinese supermarket. Tesco even sells “ku chai” or is it call chives.
Before that in the morning, Nate made me pancakes with chocolate fillings. It was so delicious.
For dinner, we had roast. I forgot to take the picture because I forgot. On the plate, there were roast potatoes, steamed vegetables, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and roast chicken served with chicken gravy. I was helping him in the kitchen and I learned a lot of English roast.
Both of us wanted to make our own Yorkshire pudding so we tried. It didn’t turn out to be a Yorkshire pudding. So we had to get it from the shop. Yorkshire pudding is not sweet. It is like a pie normally eaten with roast or stuffing. It is empty in the middle.
I forgot to take a photo of the meal when it is ready. I was too busy eating. So sorry. hehe..
Feeling Hungry? I bet you are!
Cheers
