Eilean Donan Castle aka Made of Honor

Where: Eilean Donan Castle

Date: 240809

Time: 6.30pm

Two days before travelling to Scotland, I was searching for some movies to watch. So I saw the “Made of Honor”. Before downloading the movie, I google about the movie to read the storyline and I realized that part of the movie was filmed in Scotland. I told myself; since I am going to Scotland why not visit this castle.

Before crossing the IOS Bridge, I saw a castle that looks exactly like the one I saw in the movie. So I asked my *driver* whether I could stop for a while to snap some photos or not. By the time we were there, the ticket attendant went home and we went in for free. It is so unbelievable. Though we didn’t get to go into the castle, I think snapping some photos at the castle compound were more than enough. I was searching for the little church where they pronounce their vows but no avail. *Sad*

Mates, watch the movie *Made of Honor*. Highly recommended for both storyline and scenery!

Middle of no where but Nice Spot

Where: No idea On the way to Isle of Skye

Date: 240809

We were driving down to Isle of Skye and along the way the scenery was good and gorgeous. The highlands compliment with the falls and loch was just so cool. Halfway through the drive, I asked my mate to stop by at one parking area so we could take some photos.

When we started moving again, it started to drizzle and I saw a big rainbow. I had to ask the *driver* to slow down the car so I could capture the beautiful and full rainbow. I bet all the cars behind us were cursing us badly. LoL.

Thanks mates!

If you are those people who love highlands, mountains and water, then Scotland is a must for you to visit.
