The Urquhart castle is located about 3 miles from the exhibition center. We did not enter the castle as the entrance fee is a little pricey. So we snap some pictures from the hill.

Loch Ness Monster 240809

Attractions: Loch Ness Exhibition Center

After visiting the whisky factory, we drove about 3 hours plus down to Loch Ness hoping to see the real monster and the stunning castle of Loch Ness the Urquhart. We couldn’t spend much time at these two places because we were short of time. I admit it was my mistake for the poor time planning and management this time.

This famous lake is famous for its natural wonders, legends and history. No one actually knows whether the monster actually existed during the ancient times. If you are lucky, you might be able to capture the fierce looking monster.
