Underline the case? Yes or No?
I remembered when I was doing Business law and Company Law in Diploma, the lecturers ( Julius and Ms Pari) insist that we have to underline the cases and sections. If you don’t underline the cases, then they will penalize our marks in the exams. I have once asked why we should underline the case; no one could give me a definite answer. So I think is senseless.
When I was looking at my copy of cases, they don’t underline the case name. My Professor told me that we should not underline the cases and sections. I was wondering why the lecturers in TARC keep emphasized that we must underline it.
I think maybe because of different countries but couldn’t be because Malaysia is also based on common law. Something is wrong here.
Accounting students in TARC please help me to find out why we have to underline the case. I am so eager to know the reason.

Keep up on the blog postings!
arhem...i also not sure. Human like to follow instruction, without asking why. I also dunno why we should do it, and i asked before. Sadly, no answer for this question :s
So we just have to follow blindly. I am just curious about it.
