Dewar's World of Whisky 240809
Where: Aberfeldy, Perthshire
Time: 8.30am
Date: 23-08-09
After the great scenery along the country side, we finally reached Aberfeldy where the whisky factory is located. Aberfeldy is a small town with nice scenery and it is so green. It is like a small village. I would love to stay in that village but I could not find any Starbucks and Greggs there. LoL.
It was still early so we just drove around and we reached the Birk forest. It is a jungle with a small stream. We took some photos before leaving to the whisky factory. Visiting the whisky factory is something new to me as previously I only have visited bread, ice cream and chocolate factory in Malaysia. The tour was very informative. It is not easy to come out with a good and high class whisky. People used to tell me the longer you preserve the liquor, the better the quality it is. For whisky, once it is bottle up, the age will just stop there. Unlike liquor, the age of wine will continue even though it is bottle up.

*Thumbs Up*Close shot!
We were given some samples of whisky for nosing and tasting. After the visit, we left the place and head down to Loch Ness to see the *monster*.
