Any remedies for this patient
Patient problem:
I am in deep shit. My meals would not be complete if I don’t have anything sweet after food. Each time I have my meals; it must be complete with something sweet. I will feel hungry until I take sweet stuffs.
I tried to avoid having chocolates, coffees, biscuits by drinking more water but it doesn’t work. Most of them said that I have lost weight which is good news because I cut down on chocolates. The amount I used to consume is unbelievable. But I still consume the same amount of coffee.
I cannot survive without bread because I just love sandwiches. So I don’t take white bread anymore. Now, I will only take the whole meal brown bread which I think leads to the weight lost. I also change to brown rice and not white rice.
If this continues, I am afraid of getting diabetes. Please bear in mind I do take very good care of my health by having fruits every day, drinking loads of water, sunbath with exercise, calcium pills, vitamin C and sufficient sleeps.
Chocolates and Oreo for after meals
Must have after meals
Loads of water and fruits
Solutions:
