How Did I Score in 2008? Part 4

Overall

My 2008 New Year resolution; I didn’t manage to fulfill all the resolutions.

Studies

I graduated with Merit in Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting and BA HONS Accounting and Finance Second Upper (2.1).

I think I am doing quite well in my Masters. Currently, I am pursuing LLM CORPORATE LAW AND STRATEGY. Finally, my wish of studying law came true.

I didn’t get to clear ACCA this year. One more paper to go.

Health

I think is fine. I know that my health is not that good especially my heart. My parents were really worried about my health especially dad. In 2007, I spend a lot in seeing a heart specialist. Dad even said that if I don’t take good care of my health, he won’t let me go overseas. Thank god nothing happened in 2008. Sigh of relief.

Love

Good and brilliant. I am still single and available. Long story. It is good being single because I can flirt and hang around like nobody cares.

Joo, I realized that actually I don’t like him anymore. It is just because I think about the past especially the good times we had together and this has caused me to feel and think that I have feelings for him but in fact I don’t like him anymore. I just miss the times when we spend the time together.

In December, I finally realized I have officially let go because I meet more guys in UK. More sexy and hot guys. This is a good news for me and everyone.

One guy keeps telling me that he still have feelings for me after 5 years. I rejected him because I know he is not my cup of tea but he still insist that i give him a chance and give myself a try. In November, the joke of the century, one guy asked me to his GF. He wrote on a bus ticket. Damn funny. Luckily I said no.

I have been seeing guys who are from India. This is really wrong. Hahaha. I am supposed to be seeing mat salleh. Lame.

Mentality

I am more mature now. I start to look at things from different angles and not just stay still in one angle. I am really proud of myself because I have decided to stay in UK and live independently. Being able to stay strong and take all the challenges.

Achievements

I was elected as the student rep for my course. Then I became the Faculty Rep for Academic Implementation Group. My CV is going to be very nice. I became volunteer for the Christmas Children Party organized by Hallam vOLUNTEERING.

What you think? Did I score well in 2008? Well, I think that I did quite well in 2008 though some of the things didn’t go as expected.
